This book is not for everyone. It was interesting but fell flat for me. I kept reading just to see how it would end and for me disappointing.

I cuouldn't put this down. It's the most satisfying version of an afterlife that I can imagine as well as being a darn good story. It won't appeal to anyone who strongly believes in a traditionally western view of heaven and hell. Also,…

Nice job by author Zevin. --so much so, that I sought out more titles of hers, so I am about to start reading "Because it is My Blood". "Elsewhere" manages to paint a picture of the afterlife that I would describe as having the feel of…

:) I think it's a really good book. I just finished listening to it. I thought it was going to end up being a dream and she was going to wake up in the hospital. You have to listen to this audiobook to see if I was right or not!

This read is really hard to classify. It is a young adult version of The Curious Case of Benjamin Buttons meets The Giver. I found Zevin's description of Elsewhere and the structure of being reborn a unique, clever premise for a fun yet…

I absolutely loved this book. It mixes in emotion with a parallel universe, where souls go after death. There's no heaven, no hell. Just a normal "life", but where people grow younger and younger until they are babies, then sent to the…
