This book was very helpful when I was a beginner vegan. Great info.

I'd have liked a few more recipes but the ones it had were excellent. They weren't just vegan but healthy recipes which is nice. Too many Vegan books still end up being full of junk food. This had a lot of whole wheat and healthy options even in the sweets area. They also were made of common items that I already have in my kitchen. Perfect start guide for the common every day eater.
