A sweet love story.
"Remember the love of every day's most quiet need. Love by sun and candle-light. Be Kind. Stand for each other."

This is one of teh best books I have read in a long while. It is the story of a chance meeting between two kayakers which changes their lives forever. A simple love story that will capture your heart. Strong heartfelt characters that you will remember. I highly recommend this read.

This was my book club's Valentine's pick for February. I've never read any books by this author and thought it might be another sappy title similar to Nicholas Sparks. I was wrong. This is a well written love story that will touch your heart. I loved the characters throughout the entire book. The recurring words "eternal on the water" take on a wonderful meaning. If you read Lisa Genova's titles, you will enjoy this one, and it's much better writing too.
