Probably the best series I will ever read in my lifetime. Honestly amazing. I love TMI (The Mortal Instruments) but I hated the whole brother-sister thing that took up a good portion of the series. Why didn't Cassandra Clare do something like this for TMI?

I don't like Clare's Mortal Instrument Books as much, but I did enjoy this book. It's a little dry around the second chapter and then speeds up (I love most of the middle). Then it gets really slow in 3/4 of the book, in which you just want to skip a chapter or two. However I was compelled by the last chapter, Clockwork Prince should probably be good. The characters are also majorly compelling. (I love Will, Jem and Jessamine)
