Harvard professors Richard Alpert and Timothy Leary made history in 1963 when they were fired for conducting controversial psychedelic drug research. In the purple haze aftermath, Alpert traveled to India and found his guru Maharaj ji, who renamed him Ram Dass. Best known for his 1971 bestseller Be Here Now, Ram Dass became an inspiration to people across the globe.

This documentary gives the history of Ram Dass in a clear view of his life, but even more it makes you want to give more time to others. Instead of wishing for a million dollars you will wish for a million dollars for your friend or cousin or Oceana.
