I watched this knowing it was essentially an over-glorified fanmade film, so for that, I think they did a pretty good job given that they didn't have a huge studio budget to work with. Worth a watch for fantasy fans!

The only reason why I watched this is because Felicia Day was in it. That woman is an excellent actress and she was a true warrior in this film. Plus they didn't give enough time for them to explain the whole detail of Dragon's Age Redemption

Absolutely terrible. I hated the characters. The special effects were abysmal. And I couldn't help but think throughout the whole film how terrible Felicia Day's Elven ears looked.

Meanwhile, the movie is interrupted every so often by a written explanation on the game or other things throughout the film.

The acting was awful and I wanted to punch nearly every character in the film. The ones I didn't want to punch were characters that were wholly unremarkable.

I wanted to really like this, but kind of knew I wouldn't. Movies based on video games are bad most of the time. Low budget movies based on video games are usually really bad. This was Ok. I have a little bit of a crush on Felicia day and that may have helped me make it through this. That, and the 60 minute runtime. Not enough action. Cheesy dialogue. Poor efffects. Your basic fantasy tale with no surprises.
