Alex Boylan takes us to the sophisticated and cutting edge city of Miami, Florida. The restaurant Azul is Miami's first AAA Five Diamond award winner. Alex introduces us to the young chef of Azul, Michelle Bernstein. Michelle has established an international reputation for blending the Latin flavors of her childhood, with Asian, New Caribbean and Classic French influences.
