This is a great inspiring documentary about the amazing effect of music on the mind. The filmmaker has brought many people back from total isolation and despondency in nursing homes to a vital enjoyment by introducing them to music. It is worth watching for sure.

This was a very inspirational documentary. It's amazing how someone can take something so simple, like music, and convert it into something life changing. I don't personally know people with dementia or Alzheimers, but this was really inspiring. It gives hope to those who have been forgotten and those who want to help family members. I recommend this to everyone.

Definitely a must see documentary for all. Highly relevant to diseases like dementia and Alzheimers. It is inspiring and offers hope to those suffering such diseases, when you see the impact of music to them. The movie emphasizes how music is one of the very last brain functions to be destroyed by these diseases. Music touches many memories and their feelings. It is an awareness raising piece on seniors' care in general. Highly recommend.

About how music helps those who are living with degenerative brain disorders, and along the way gives a quick explanation of the neuro-aesthetics of music. Whats odd about it is that it degrades into a fundraising video to pay for MP3 players to be given to patients. (they never bother considering firing the incompetent medical administrators. I wonder why)
