Librarian, Miss Leora Lewis, welcomed guests as well as members of the library board consisting of President H. C. Gambrill, Secretary Ed Allen, Mrs. George H. White and Mrs. J. B. Gossage. Mayor Robinson was not able to attend, allowing an address to be given by Dr. C. C. O'Harra.
