Edward Burne-Jones and William Morris met at Oxford and were both members of the Pre-Raphaelite Brotherhood of artists. Burne-Jones would later help Morris decorate his Arts and Crafts home, Red House, in Bexleyheath, London. This detail is of a stained glass window he designed for the home, which was built between 1859-60.
